Avoiding violence is always the safest course, but sometimes, violence comes to you. Come learn some simple, practical Krav Maga techniques for dealing with common attacks that you may encounter on the street or in domestic situations. No previous physical training is necessary. Open to anyone at least 15 years old of any gender or fitness level. Expect moderate physical exertion and light physical contact with strangers. For safety reasons, active participation is limited to 30 people and participants must arrive within 15 minutes of start time. Observers are welcome.
Hannah Storyteller has been practicing Krav Maga for six years and has completed a rigorous instructor certification course via the Krav Maga Institute. She is dedicated to making her community safer both physically and magically.
