How better to start the day than dedicating sun salutations to the goddess Brigid? In this basic yoga practice, we will warm up our bodies and use them to greet the day with mindful, devotional movement. All body types and abilities welcome, chairs available. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats are not required but if you have one, bring it along.
