Let us consider together the checks and balances and adjustments to an energetic body that walks these ways for the long haul. Rather than fall into harshness, despair, or burnout, let us find joy, triumph, community and enduring love to continue the journey. Practical skills and open discussion regarding keeping the balance in unjust times.
