Join Celtic scholar Jhenah Telyndru and Druid Chief Kristoffer Hughes on a journey to discover Wales' most peculiar tradition - the Mari Lwyd. This Winter mumming celebration is currently enjoying a resurgence in both popular and Pagan culture, involving bardic battles, revelry, drinking and the darkly beautiful figure of the Mari, with her horse-skull head, white shroud, bells and ribbons. This immersive experience both presentation and deep ritual will draw from traditional Welsh customs, reclaimed Druidic and Brythonic Pagan ceremonies.
