Pagans use the phrase "as above, so below" to explain the connectedness of our world(s) - but considering recent research into the many other organisms that share our bodies perhaps it's time to add "as without, so within". What might it mean for Pagan ways of being to consider that we are not individuals, but instead that each of us carries an entire ecosystem within our body? Hear about recent research on our microbiomes' interact with our human body systems, discuss how those ideas interact with pagan cosmologies, and join a guided meditation to discover how that knowledge might impact our spiritual practices.
