Deepening Connection with Breath, Chant and Song

We will deepen our connection to ourselves, each other, the earth and Goddess through a fun, exciting journey of sound. You will be led through deep breathing exercises with affirmations to connect positive thoughts with your own breath. Chant sounds that correspond to Chakras to enliven the energy centers. Sing simple songs to the Goddess to nurture our spirits. This revitalizing journey will be gently accompanied by acoustic guitar, Tibetan bowl and frame drum. No musical experience necessary. The workshop will end with a 20 minute mini-concert of enchanting acoustic Celtic inspired music.
