Albion, the ancient name of England, Wales and Cornwall, evokes the mystery of stone structures, burial chambers, sacred groves and holy wells. Often referred to as the pagan holy land, it is the land to which many Neo-pagans pilgrimage to remember, reclaim, and reconstitute their memory. Through the lens of Ecopsychology and Epigenetics, we will explore how interaction with ancestral lands can help us reclaim our birthright as modern pagans and heal the land. We will end our time with a meditation to connect to these lands which live on in our blood and bones regardless of geography.
