We'll be exploring a brief history of kitchen witchery with an eye toward the humble cup of tea. We will go over meditation you can do with your tea, and how the ingredients can affect the mind and body. Participants will be able to take home a sample of the tea we will be discussing in the session. Note: please be aware of any allergies (i.e. tumeric)
