Building Consent Culture
Rape culture is the problem; a culture of consent is the answer. With dominant culture as the backdrop, rape culture is nearly comprehensively a feature of developing sexual identity. Coming from the shadow of dominant culture conditioning, we aren't told how to ask for, or offer, clear consent. In this workshop we will talk about consent; how to give it, how to ask for it, and how to play with the process of consenting in a fluid and integrated way. Workshop will be closed 10 minutes after start. Ages 13 and up welcome. Younger kids welcome with parent.

Furious Revels
In communities throughout Europe, stretching back as far as 2500 years or more, folks have gathered during the dark season, donned grotesque masks and bestial costumes, and wildly cavorted through their towns to drive out evil spirits and the doldrums of winter. Let’s prepare the Doubletree for PantheaCon properly with a good, thorough and time-tested European cleansing tradition. Bring your furs, antlers, horns, masks, grotesque costumes, rattles, drums, bells, and brooms. Join the Furious Revels for a wild cavort, and let’s spiritually cleanse the hotel the old fashioned way!

Poppets, Doll Babies, Voodoo Dolls – what’s the story
These dolls go by many names and are a part of many cultures. The most familiar image is the one that Hollywood created, but there is so much more to the story. Contrary to Hollywood’s depiction of them, Doll Babies are not just used for causing an individual harm. Poppets/Voodoo Dolls can also be used to heal or cure your intended target. This class presents the whole story and how to use these dolls in your spell work. Come learn why practitioners of magic have been using these effigies for centuries.

Tarot: A Spread For Walking In Beauty
Inspired by the Navajo tradition of walking in beauty, this spread may seem at first like putting a positive spin on every card, or just cheering when you get the "good" cards. Instead, it calls on us to look deeply into the beauty of all experience, whether joyous or painful.

Apres Le Deluge - Tarot as Reclamation
In troubled times we turn to divination for guidance and direction. In fact, the Tarot was born of troubled times as a way to help negotiate them. Blending the old, the new, and our own unique perspectives we will look at Tarot as a personal - and perhaps political - reclamation tool. All levels of interest and enthusiasm are invited.

1 in 8
One in eight women are diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime. In 2015, I became one of them. “1 in 8” is about grief & fear, love & determination, gratitude & resilience. It’s about shame & anger, hope & humor, community & compassion, mortality & survival. I tell this tale to encourage, inspire, comfort, educate and, yes, to entertain. Creative expression helped me find my way through the fears, ravages and anxieties of cancer treatment. Jazz guitarist Mimi Fox, a sister-survivor, joined me in collaborating on these songs, crafting them into beautiful expressions of each song’s true meaning.

How to Become a Witch
Are you a real Witch, or do you sometimes feel like you’re faking it? Sure, you’ve got a pentagram pendant the size of a dessert plate, but we know that doesn’t make a Witch. So what qualities of mind and heart and spirit, what perceptions and insights are at the core of Witchcraft? What does it mean to live with one foot in consensual reality and two in Other Realms? Come help chase the Magickal Marmot of Meaning to its lair. Amber and Azrael wrote several popular books on magick, including How to Become a Witch.
